Alan Wake Remastered Is Heading To Nintendo Switch This Fall

The Creative Director of Alan Wake announced on May 12, that the game is coming to Nintendo Switch. The creators have not mentioned a specific release date. But the fans expect it to be available in Nintendo’s eShop in the upcoming fall. The original title has already been released on the Xbox, Ps5, and PCs. The Alan Wake game, whose release took place in 2010, became a cult classic amongst fans in recent years. It features a thriller novelist trying to solve the unending mystery. It is about the disappearance of his wife.

In the initial days, it was only available on Microsoft platforms. . “Alan Wake’s American Nightmare” release took place in 2012. Microsoft Studios and Remedy Entertainment released it. But then the franchise grew dormant up until now. It was also revealed that AMC bought the right to this franchise. There is a possibility that there is going to be a Television Adaptation of the Alan Wake franchise. Alan Wake 2, which was set to get a preview this summer, is still in its developmental stage.

The creative director announced that they won’t be releasing any updates on the game. This is sad news for the fans who are waiting for further updates. It was, yet, promised that the game would be ready for release in 2023. The remastered version is going to be a bit like “taking the old hardcover lying on the bookshelf . Then, wrap it in a glossy dust jacket”.
