Purchase By Microsoft
Microsoft is acquiring the company for $69 Billion, and the deal will close tentatively in June 2023. And then, Blizzard Activision’s teams and studios will become a part of the Xbox first-party group. But the acquisition will not affect the company’s mobile game development in any way.
The company is also working on its possible augmented reality titled Diablo Immortal. It is also set to release this year.
