Murder Mystery 2 on Netflix sees a plethora of fresh faces. More importantly, joining the team were veteran actors Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston in the comedic sequel. Netflix announced the names of other characters too. For instance, it included Mark Strong, Jodie Turner-Smith, and Mélanie Laurent as the new cast members for the sequel.
Jeremy Garelick (Best. Worst. Weekend. Ever) will replace Kyle Newacheck as the captain and director of the sequel. James Vanderbilt (The Amazing Spider-Man fame) wrote the screenplay. He, Aniston, and Sandler are among the producers.

We also know that Adeel Akhtar and John Kani will reprise their roles in the sequel. In addition to Adam Sandler resuming his part as Nick Spitz. Jennifer Aniston will play Audrey Spitz.

From a love letter to a fully-fledged movie
In addition, Screenrant, Vandervilt recently announced that he wrote both the first film and Murder Mystery 2 as “love letters” to his wife.
