The U.S. commerce secretary says that the U.S. and China trade deal is not going to get final next month. Even the U.S. President Mr. Donald Trump says that I have made a decision of not signing the pact. He said that after meeting my Chinese counterpart I will make the decisions about this trade deal. Therefore, he also announced that he is going to meet his Chinese counterpart in the APEC summit in November 2019.
