Olympo Season 1 just released on Netflix, but the gripping storyline already made the fans question, ‘When is Olympo Season 2 coming?’ This Spanish coming-of-age drama has been listed in Netflix’s Top 10, ranking 3 after the release of Squid Game Season 3.
Season 1 ended in a cliffhanger, leaving fans wanting more, and Netflix might soon renew the second season of the series. As of yet, there has been no official release date announcement from either the Olympo team or Netflix.
What Will Be In Olympo Season 2?
The show starts in a fictional high school for professional athletes called HPC. The characters Amaía, Zoe, Roque, Cristian, and others all compete for sponsorship deals for the international fashion brand Olympo.
The series, produced by the team behind Elite, is a steamier version of the former. The action begins when there’s a drug scandal at HPC. In Season 1, Amaia (Clara Galle) was on a quest to prove the existence of a doping system at HPC. Her attempts become futile once she realizes that the drug Olympo supplies can not be detected. Eventually, she takes the drug and gives her career’s best performance at the Olympic trials. But she collapses at the season’s end.

We can also see that Zoe steals the drug that the students are using and tries to expose Olympo by giving it to the authorities. We are yet to know what happens next, but fans are speculating that it will be revealed on Season 2 of the successful show.
