About “A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder”

The crime series is set to follow a murder-suicide which took place five years before. A famous high-school girl, Andie Bell, murdered her boyfriend, Sal Singh, who after murdering her girlfriend killed himself. While the police case was closed after what it was believed, it was Pip Fitz-Amobi, who thought it was more to the story. She starts an investigation of her own determining to get to the conclusion of the mystery. However, if Sal doesn’t do it, the murderer will be out of prison and it also puts Pip’s life in danger.

Additionally, Netflix has released a logline for the series that read,

Five years ago, schoolgirl Andie Bell was murdered by her boyfriend Sal Singh. Case closed. The police know he did it. Everyone in town knows he did it. But smart and single-minded Pip Fitz-Amobi isn’t so sure and she’s determined to prove it. The forthcoming murder thriller series is based on the popular trilogy series of novels penned by author Holly Jackson. Will There Be A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder Season 2?

Although creators have yet to renew the American series for a second season, we can likely receive the next instalment for A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder.

The crime thriller series is based on a trilogy series of novels. And, the first novel is adapted in the upcoming Netflix licensed series. While the first novel was followed by Good Girl, Bad Blood in 2020 and As Good As Dead, it is speculated that the creators will adapt other novels in the latter seasons. However, the series will not stream on Netflix in selected regions including the UK, Ireland, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand.
