An 18-year-old Arion Kurtaj, a teenage member of the Lapsus Hacking Group was arrested under the charges for hacking and blackmailing Rockstar Staff members. Besides he is accused of 12 charges, including three counts of blackmail, two counts of fraud, and six major cases under the U.K.’s Computer Misuse Act.
Not just Rockstar, but Kurtaj is accused of hacking companies like Revolt, Uber, and Nvidia. Meanwhile, he was also held guilty of demanding a ransom from the British Broadband Provider BT Group. However, Kurtaj couldn’t understand the trial owing to his mental illness.

In 2012, Arion Kurtaj has been charged with 12 different cases. The cases were three counts of blackmailing, two fraud cases, and six major cases of hacking. Additionally, the 18-year-old member of the Lapsus Hacking Group is undergoing a trial for two blackmailing cases, two fraud cases, and three counts of the Computer Misuse Act cases. Meanwhile, they are related to the alleged hacking of BT and Nvidia. Kurtaj has not pleaded guilty in the cases.
