Black Mirror is a British series created by Charlie Brooker. Inspired by The Twilight Zone, this series uses technology and media to talk about contemporary social issues. The series has 27 episodes across six seasons and one special, along with the movie Black Mirror: Bandersnatch (2018). Notably, British network Channel 4 released the first two seasons in 2011 and 2013. Afterward, the following four seasons transitioned to Netflix. The sixth season came on Netflix for season 6 on June 15th, 2023, after a gap of four years.
Will Black Mirror be renewed for Season 7?
Netflix has not yet officially announced the Black Mirror season 7 renewal. However, we can assure you that it will be coming soon. On November 21, 2023, Netflix France tweeted regarding all the shows that are being renewed for another season. In addition to that tweet, they posted another one and stated,
We forgot two announcements and not just any two announcements: Love, Death & Robots S4 and Black Mirror S7, coming soon, too!
However, they deleted it quickly. Nevertheless, this was enough for the fans to get excited about the Black Mirror renewal.
Black Mirror Season 7 Cast
There has been no official announcement regarding the cast members for the seventh season. But we can expect Brooker, Annabel Jones, and Jessica Rhoades to return as the executive producers of the drama. They are also keeping the number of episodes a secret.
Notably, the sixth season featured popular names like Salma Hayek, Annie Murphy, Aaron Paul, Josh Hartnett, and Paapa Essied. Meanwhile, Season 5 featured Andrew Scott, Anthony Mackie, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Topher Grace, and Miley Cyrus.

Neither Netflix nor Charlie Brooker have confirmed Season 7 as of now. However, the mistaken announcement by Netflix France in November 2023 led to predictions of the show beginning production by the end of 2023. Therefore, we can expect to see season 7 by the end of 2024, but it is still an assumption.
