If you did receive a call from them asking for your opinion as part of a survey, it’s important to know that they are a legitimate company and not scammers. They call people to gather information for market research purposes. Although scam calls exist, not all calls asking for information are scams, and it’s important to be cautious and verify the legitimacy of the caller before giving out personal information.

    Dynata: A Brief Overview

Dynata is a company that provides first-party data to businesses. It was founded in 1999 as e-Rewards Services and has since undergone several mergers and acquisitions. In 2018, it merged with e-Rewards and is called Dynata.

The main focus of Dynata is to conduct market research and help businesses understand the behavior of their customers. They do this by conducting surveys and collecting data on public opinions about products and services. This information is then sold to their clients, who can use it to reshape their business strategies and gain a better understanding of the market.

    Why Does Dynata Call You?

Dynata is a research company that may call you to participate in their surveys. The calls may be about a product, a service, or an upcoming election, and their purpose is to gather information from you. However, it’s important to know that Dynata won’t try to sell you anything during the call.

Does Dynata Pay Its Survey Participants?

After checking Dynata’s websites, we couldn’t find any information about rewards for completing their surveys. Though there is a Trustpilot review where someone claimed to have received a gift card after completing a survey, it’s difficult to find similar reviews. Therefore, even if a survey promises a reward, there is no guarantee that you will receive anything.

    Are Dynata Calls a Scam?

Dynata is a legitimate company that scammers may use to deceive people. To identify scam calls from real Dynata representatives, here are some tips to keep in mind:

    • Dynata representatives will never ask for personal information such as your social security number or credit card details. Be cautious if someone asks for such information.
    • Scammers may try to force you to answer their questions, while Dynata representatives won’t pressure you to do so.
    • Dynata representatives won’t ask for remote access to your device, while scammers may request this to test a product live in front of you.
    • Dynata doesn’t sell anything to you, so be wary of anyone claiming to represent Dynata and offering you a service or product to buy.
    • Dynata doesn’t charge you to take a survey, so if you’re asked to pay a fee to participate, it’s likely a scam.

How to Stop Receiving Calls From Dynata?

If you find Dynata’s calls annoying or don’t want to participate in their surveys, you can opt out of their research. You need to contact them and let them know that you don’t want to be contacted again. Residents in North America can call 1-833-757-1746, while those outside North America can call 1-801-341-0764. Once your contact information is added to their no-contact list, Dynata claims that you won’t receive calls from them again.

However, some customers have reported still receiving calls from Dynata even after opting out. If you are still receiving calls from them, contact them again and ask them to check if your number has been added to their no-contact list. Request them to add it again if they haven’t already done so. If you keep getting calls, block the number on your Android or iOS device.
