Kristen Anne Bell is the daughter of Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) and Tom Bell (TV news director). She was born on July 18, 1980, and raised in Huntington Woods, Michigan, in the U.S.
The star went to Shrine Catholic High School in Royal Oak, Michigan. As a student, she appeared as Dorothy Gale in her institution’s The Wizard of Oz production in 1997. She also acted in various TV commercials at an early age.
