WWE Champion John Cena is going to make his long-awaited return to wrestling after a long wait

The Former World Champion, John Cena, has taken social media by storm after he announced his participation in next month’s smack down, which is scheduled to take place on September 1 at The Giant Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Additionally, he is also featured in WWE Superstar Spectacle, a live event that is going to take place in India.

John Cena’s debut in India is going to take place at GMC Balayogi Indoor Stadium, Hyderabad. Meanwhile, John himself confirmed the same through his Twitter handle. Cannot wait to reunite with the WWE family live on Smackdown! Especially excited to meet the WWE Universe in India and wrestle for the first time in India. The time is now. C U all very soon! WWE, WWE India, wrote Cena.

Although John has been the face of WWE, he barely makes his appearance in the wrestling promotion. If you recall, John made his surprise participation in the Money in the Bank at the O2 Arena in July this year. Meanwhile, he was also part of the WrestleMania line-up earlier this month in April.

Recently, in a media interaction, Cena talked about how much he misses being a part of the WWE promotion, Man, I wish I was still there every day. I just can’t. My body can’t do it anymore and I don’t want to give the consumer a bad product. That’s a thing that I learned from those veterans at that time. Guys like Eddie just would risk so much. He’s like, ‘I’m never gonna give the consumer a bad product.”
