The Four Seasons fandom has a reason to be excited, as its awaited Season 2 is confirmed for renewal by Netflix in 2025, but now fans are expecting to be released in 2026. Just two weeks after The Four Seasons’ streaming debut. The show was to be marked as ‘limited’, but surprisingly, Netflix has labeled it as Season 1, and this is enough reason for fans to be super delighted about the upcoming new season.
The Four Seasons is a story of three married couples who are a long-standing group of friends. One of the couples decides to go their separate ways after 25 years of togetherness. As a result, the dynamics of friendship and love in the group are completely upended. Plot
The new Season is expected to revolve around Ginny’s pregnancy and her tangled dynamics with the friend group and Anne. Her relationship with Anne, Nick’s former partner of 25 years, will be of major focus as she, Kate, and Jack are expected to help Ginny raise the child with their parenting experience and bonds of friendship. This Season will also show how a young lady manages to be a part of a long-standing group of friends while being pregnant. Also, the Season will speak about Nick’s will, as he was a wealthy hedge fund manager. There might also be Danny & Claude’s feelings of wanting a kid more than ever after Ginny’s pregnancy.

Premiered on May 1, 2025, The Four Seasons 1 navigates three couples who all share long years of friendship, and they take four vacations together throughout the year: spring, summer, fall, and winter. However, the group encounters emotional turmoils, confrontations, funny moments, and tense relationships as Nick and Anne get divorced after 25 years long marriage and Nick starts dating a young lady, Ginny.
The story follows a tragic loss of Nick’s death in a car accident, and the group unites for his funeral, and tensions rise between Anne & Ginny, but they also find common ground.
The finale’s biggest reveal is Ginny’s pregnancy with Nick’s child, setting the plot for upending the dynamics of the show.
Final Word On Season 2 Release Date
Netflix has yet to confirm the release date for The Four Seasons Season 2. Having said that, the filming schedule is in place, thus we can reckon that the series will make a comeback with its Season 2 in 2026.
