After the surprising hit of Season 2, Tires, the brainchild of comedians Shane Gillis, John McKeever, and Steve Gerben, is set to return for Season 3 in 2026. After the first season launched in 2024, Tires became hugely popular among Netflix viewers.

Tires is the comedic story about anxious Will (played by Gerben), who inherits an auto repair chain that he has no idea how to run. Despite this, he tries his best to turn his father’s business into a success, amidst the constant torture of his cousin and employee Shane (played by Gillis).

Tires Season 2 premiered on Netflix with fewer views than its previous season due to its longer runtime. Nevertheless, it was featured in the weekly top 10 in 6 countries and garnered over 2.8 million views within a week. After the Season 3 announcement, this workplace comedy has caught the attention of its loyal fans as well as newer ones.

    Tires Season 3 Release Date

Though Tires Season 3 is coming in 2026, the exact date is yet to be released. The previous Seasons 1 and 2 are already available on Netflix for streaming. Tires Season 2 was 12 episodes long, and right after its release, fans were already anticipating the next season. Taking the cue, Netflix confirmed the show’s future within one week of the release, stating that it will be coming back in 2026.

Tires, created and directed by John McKeever, is based on the ideas of two others, Shane Gillis and Steve Gerben. The cast includes Steven Gerben, who plays Will, Shane Gillis, who plays Shane, Chris O’Connor, Kilah Fox, and Stavros Halkias. In Season 2 of Tires, we saw a star-studded guest list that included Andrew Schulz, Vince Vaughn, Thomas Haden Church, Ron White, Jon Lovitz, Veronika Slowikowska, and Steph Tolev.

    Tires News Updates

After the success of the Tires Season 1 and 2, the comedian Shane Gillis will debut his Netflix stand-up special this year. Gillis debuted on Netflix in 2023 with his comedy special, Beautiful Dogs. It was a great success and was in the Top 10 charts in five countries and Netflix’s US Top 10 List for two weeks.

Where to Watch Season 3 of Tires?

Being the official streaming platform, Tires Season 1 debuted on Netflix, and so will Season 3. Even though we know that Tires Season 3 is coming in 2026, it is too early for any official trailer or teaser release. You can catch the trailer of Tires Season 2 on YouTube or stream all the episodes of both Season 1 and 2 on Netflix.
