Alex Watson remembers the tension of his first assignment at Burberry. He shot for the iconic photographer Mario Testino. He remembers that Testino was eccentric yet a living legend. Christopher Bailey, Creative Director for the fashion brand, was highly impressed with Alex’s performance and couldn’t believe someone so young could work with such efficiency. In order to express his appreciation Bailey even sent him a thank you card accompanied by flowers after the completion of the shoot.
