Another movie from Lions Gate Entertainment Corporation is all set to release on Netflix and make its SVOD debut. ‘The Re-Education of Molly Singer’ made its theatrical debut on September 29, 2023, and will be released on Netflix in the United States on February 5, 2024.
The R-rated comedy movie stars Ty Simpkins and Jaime Pressly as lead cast members. It revolves around an attorney, Molly Singer, who is about to be fired and can only stop it from happening by re-enrolling in college and experiencing it all over again. She goes to her alma mater to make the awkward son of her boss popular on campus. Accompanied by her best friend, Molly tries to overcome several challenges and relive her past in the hope of saving her future. The movie also features Nico Santos, Cierra Ramirez, Holland Roden, and Wendie Malick.

There is a difference in the opinions of viewers of this film. It will be fascinating to learn what a wider audience is going to think about the movie. It holds 99% of the rotten tomatoes from the audience. However, many publications have written in their movie reviews that the movie is unfunny and bloated.
Most of the time, all the Lionsgate movies make their television debuts on Starz. However, since last year, some smaller movies have made their first appearance on Netflix. Some of the examples are Jesus Revolution from July 2023 and The Engineer, which landed on Netflix. The movie was released in theatres and on VOD platforms in September 2023. Netflix recently confirmed that it will be dropped on the platform on February 5, 2024. Currently, only Netflix in the United States is expected to receive the movie; however, Lionsgate movies are often released on other platforms as well.
