Tom Sandoval Reacts to Ex Raquel Leviss Blocking Him on Her Birthday: 'Immature... Petty... Thirsty'

Former “Vanderpump Rules” star Tom Sandoval has recently made headlines for his candid reaction to his ex-girlfriend Raquel Leviss publicly blocking him on her birthday. Sandoval didn’t hold back when discussing the situation during an exclusive interview with PEOPLE.

Raquel Leviss made a statement by blocking Sandoval on Instagram on her 29th Birthday. Notably, Raquel and Tom’s affair led to the end of Sandoval’s nine-year relationship with Ariana Madix.

Sandoval initially extended birthday wishes to Leviss with a comment on an unrelated Instagram post, saying, “Happy Birthday, Rachel, I really hope ur finding peace and happiness. Miss u friend.” Leviss’ response was an Instagram Story that featured a screenshot of Sandoval’s blocked account and a hot pink sticker reading, “OK bye!”

Speaking about Leviss’s Instagram Story, Sandoval commented, “Obviously, I think it’s a little immature and petty. To post that you’re blocking seems a bit thirsty.”

Sandoval expressed what sounded like empathy mixed with pity as he said that he thought Raquel was struggling to take accountability for her actions. “There were two of us in this situation. We both screwed up,” he added.

I just wanted to be nice and say, ‘Hey, hope you’re having fun. Hope you’re doing well’” said Sandoval whose secret relationship with Leviss became public knowledge in March.

Sandoval shared that he and Leviss never had proper closure. Their last conversation ended ambiguously, leaving much unsaid. Leviss won’t return for season 11 of “Vanderpump Rules” and has recently expressed regret for her actions.

In a heartfelt moment on Bethenny Frankel’s “Just B” podcast, Leviss admitted to feeling like a disappointment to those who believed in her. She expressed remorse for her past behavior and emphasized her desire to be a better version of herself, noting that she was hurting during those times.
