A lawsuit has been filed against the rapper, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs for sexual assault and sex trafficking. The accusation, which was filed by a former adult film star, states that the rapper assaulted and sex-trafficked her for years at White parties.
On Wednesday, July 3, in the U.S., Court, Andria English, filed a lawsuit at the Southern Court of New York. It claimed that Combs hired her for numerous “white parties” in Hamptons, New York. At the parties, she was persuaded to be involved in prostitution and sex work.
In the filed lawsuit, the former adult star also mentioned several companies and individuals, who were involved in the parties including Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings, Inc., Vibe Magazine and Penske Media Corporation (PMC), among other media companies.
In a statement released by the attorney for Combs, Jonathan Davis said, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone.”
The attorney continued, “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without any proof. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail against these and other baseless claims in court.”
In the lawsuit, Andria English said that she had worked in several White parties wherein she was asked by Sean ‘Daddy’ Combs to be involved in sexual intercourse with the guests. Meanwhile, the guests included jeweller Jacob Arabo.

The lawsuit document also claimed that the rapper offered ‘narcotics’ to the White Parties and also had ‘laced the liquor’ with ecstasy. In the filing, the victim’s attorney mentioned that she was, “unable to recall details from the Miami ‘White Parties’ due to the increased demand that Plaintiff engage in illicit narcotics and alcohol use while employed for Defendant Comb.”
On the contrary, as of July 2024, more than six people have accused Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of sexually assaulting them. Not only this but on March 25, 2024, the investigators raided the musician’s property in Los Angeles, owing to their part in the Combs.
However, the American rapper has denied all the allegations, saying, “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy.”
