The beta for Escape From Tarkov Arena is now active and available for download, but only if you are in the first wave of invites. So, if you have missed a chance to be among them for now, don’t panic, as you can still be chosen in the next round.
It was released later than most of the users expected, and people assumed that the game would be launched before the tournament at Dreamhack Hannover. Still, Virtus Pro dominated the Escape From Tarkov Arena tournament and scored a place in the finals after beating GamerLegion. GamerLegion then fought again in a rematch, which helped them win and secure first place.
One needs to have an Escape From Tarkov account with granted access to beta to download, which is limited to very few users as only a handful get the email about their invites. After getting the invite, you have to download the game launcher and use your Tarkov account to install and log in. There will be a section of Escape From Tarkov Arena on the side menu of the launcher. Press that button to launch or download the game.

If you are not invited in the first wave, you will only be able to see the game section on the launcher but won’t be able to play the game. The servers and any major bugs will hopefully be fixed quickly, and more people will be able to play the game. Once you have downloaded the game, you can launch it easily. When you enter the game, you will have the option to play online with other beta players. There are many different modes in the game, but all of them require you to battle with other players.
The game uses weapons similar to those in Escape from Tarkov, so it won’t be a difficult task for those who have already played it before. However, if you are playing for the first time, there will be some complexities, and you should get your hands around it.
